Patients choose a service, a doctor and a free time in their phone’s browser. No app, no account.
Reminders patients answer
A WhatsApp reminder in English or Urdu before each visit. Reply 1 confirms, 2 cancels and frees the slot.
No double bookings
Online, phone and walk-in bookings share one schedule, and the database refuses overlapping appointments.
Recalls for check-ups
Patients due back, such as for a six-month check-up, appear on a recall list with a message ready.

Questions
Should I take the package or sign up for Showup myself?
Either works. Showup has a 14-day free trial and you can set it up yourself. The package is for clinics that would rather have us do the setup, place the link and train reception.
What does Showup cost after the first month?
Rs 2,500 a month for the whole clinic, with every feature and every staff account. Three months cost Rs 7,125 and twelve months Rs 25,000.
Does Showup store medical records?
No. It stores what appointments need: name, phone number, visit history, next due date and a short non-clinical note.
