Cookie Policy

The short version: this website does not use cookies.

Last Updated: September 30, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how DanixSoft handles cookies and similar technologies when you visit our website. This policy should be read alongside ourPrivacy Policy.

1. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, smartphone, tablet) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to website owners.

Example: When you log into a website, a cookie stores your login information so you don't have to enter it every time you visit a new page on that site.

2. Our Use of Cookies

We do not set any cookies on this website. That includes analytics, advertising and social media cookies: we do not use third-party analytics services, advertising pixels or remarketing tags.

3. How We Measure Visits Without Cookies

We use DanixSoft's own first-party, cookieless analytics. It runs on our own server (admin.danixsoft.com) and the data is stored in our own database. It records:

  • Pages visited (private links, such as voucher, invoice or booking links, are masked)
  • The referring website and any UTM campaign tags in the link
  • Approximate location (country, region and city), derived from your IP address by our hosting provider
  • Browser, operating system and device type
  • Clicks on links and buttons
  • Time spent on each page and how far down it you scroll
  • Page-load speed measurements (Core Web Vitals)
  • Conversion events, such as a contact form being sent, recorded without any personal details

It does not use cookies or local storage, and it does not store IP addresses. To count unique visitors it uses a salted hash that rotates daily; the salt is deleted after a day, so the hash cannot be reversed or linked to your visits on other days. This data is never sold or shared with advertisers.

4. Similar Technologies

Your browser may keep a copy of this website's files (a service worker cache) so pages load faster on your next visit. It holds only the site's own files, nothing about you, and you can clear it at any time through your browser's site data settings.

5. Third-Party Websites

If you follow a link from our website to another site, for example WhatsApp or a social media profile, that site may set its own cookies. Those cookies are governed by that site's own policies.

6. How to Manage Cookies

Since we do not set cookies, there is nothing to accept or decline here. You can still control cookies for every site you visit through your browser settings:

  • Chrome: Settings → Privacy and Security → Cookies and other site data
  • Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
  • Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data
  • Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions

7. Do Not Track (DNT) Signals

Some browsers include a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals websites you visit that you do not want your online activity tracked. Currently, there is no industry standard for how to respond to DNT signals, and we do not currently respond to them. Our analytics do not use cookies and do not store your IP address, as described above.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. Please revisit this page regularly to stay informed.
