What you get
Paste a chat, get an order
Chatcart reads the name, Pakistani mobile number, city, address and items from a pasted customer message, and you confirm the order.
Every order in one pipeline
Orders move from new to packed, booked with the courier and delivered, with returned and cancelled tracked too.
Cash on delivery reconciled
Record what each courier paid out against the delivered orders it covers, so you know what is still owed.
Customers recognised
Returning customers are matched by phone number, with a flag for customers who return parcels often.
For restaurants: what fits and what does not
Chatcart was built for shops that ship parcels by courier. Restaurants and home kitchens that take delivery orders on WhatsApp use the order book, customer history and confirmation messages; courier booking and cash-on-delivery payouts only matter if you use a courier. Chatcart has no menu page or online checkout; if you need one, we quote it separately.

Questions
Do my customers need to install anything?
No. Customers keep ordering on WhatsApp or Instagram as they do now. Chatcart is the order book on your side, and confirmation messages open in your own WhatsApp.
Does it work for Instagram orders too?
Yes. Orders from Instagram and Facebook messages are pasted in the same way as WhatsApp chats, including WhatsApp chat exports.
Can it book my courier?
Chatcart exports a CSV for courier bulk booking and prints packing slips two to an A4 page. It does not book couriers through their APIs.
What does it cost after the first month?
The package is Rs 15,000 one time, including the first month of Chatcart. After that you pay Chatcart’s own monthly plan; see chatcart.danixsoft.com for the current price.
